This writing is to inform that IXYS Korea has completed the sale of IXOLARTM solar business to Anysolar Ltd as of June 1st, 2020.
We deeply feel sorry that this decision may cause some inconvenience to your operation.
IXYS Korea will continue supporting and delivering the existing back log orders, as with our normal business process.
However any new orders from 1st June, 2020 shall be directed to and processed by Anysolar.
Eric Choi who has been working with you moved to Anysolar and we believe that he will continue his work seamlessly in Anysolar now.
At last, Anysolar has been a long-term partner of IXYS Korea ever since the beginning of solar business to develop and build our solar products. And we trust that they are capable to continue the production, quality, and service of solar business.

was a difficult one but driven by strategic reasons and a need to better focus our core portfolio offerings.
The service and production of our solar cell technology will continue, as an on-going business, through
the new owner AnySolar Ltd.

IXYS Korea understands that this decision may cause some inconvenience to your operation.
Therefore, as part of our long-standing commitment to our customers, we are offering continued support
for those orders issued and still open as 1st June 2020. These open orders will be delivered by IXYS
Korea in accordance with our normal processes.

Any orders for solar cell parts not open as of 1st June 2020 should be directed to AnySolar. Likewise,
general questions and communications for the solar cell product family should be immediately redirected
to the contact details given below.
